Dr. Greger says it's a good idea to not die, and I agree. So in exchange for sharing this awesome idea, I received a 2018 calendar with Greger-approved, life-loving, cruelty-free vegan recipes.
From "The How Not to Die Cookbook Calendar," I present (my attempt at)...
Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Balsamic-Date Glaze
sweet potatoes, baked
peas, steamed / zapped
green onions, chopped
raw almonds, slivered
8 Medjool dates, chopped to remove pits
1/4 C water
1/3 C balsamic vinegar
1/4 C olive oil
You can pretty much guess what to do with the ingredients. Assemble the stuffed sweet potatoes, whir the glaze ingredients in a whir machine, and pour that on the sweet potatoes at some point during the process. (I'm synopsizing to promote creativity and independent thought.)
Also, you may need to re-heat the sweet potatoes at some point.
