Gently dry the needles in a toaster oven, or on a baking sheet on top of a heat radiator or hot air vent. Whir dried needles in a spice grinder. Simmer a palmful of the pine needle powder in a mugful of water. Sip without sweetener for an authentic New Hampshire taste!
