Dig in it!
The middle of March and there's still snow on the ground in New Hampshire. Not all that unusual, but the sheer amount of snow is. About a foot (a big foot) of the stuff is left over from the last snowstorm. But I am certain there are crocus shoots underneath the surface of the ground, just waiting to pop up and say, "Spring has sprung!"So I'm digging the snowy flower bed...
