Both batches budding...
Lopstick had a brief hailstorm yesterday. I had never seen hail come down so thick. But after a few minutes, the storm was over. And I knew it had to be a sign. But of what? Then this morning I glanced a little long at the first batch of years-old seeds I had set to soak. And I saw green!
Well, mostly long, thin, white stems, but they had tiny green leaves on top! Of the hundreds of seeds I set in this first batch, only about ten of them (as of yet) have popped out leaves. (My first batch is coming along nicely.) Who knows what plants these will turn out to be. Some kind of herb(s), I think. By now I believe I am immune to remember what seeds I plant anywhere, ever.
