Cold snap summer.
The news of the Lopstick neighborhood is that the communication line that was mysteriously down in front of my trailer last week is now mysteriously back up.
The creature who was snapping my fenced garden sunflower stems in half is no longer doing so. Though I did find a bunny in my garden, hiding under a weed patch! A few hours later, the bunny had squeezed itself back out of the fencing.
And the north-east is in a cold snap. Overcast and rainy, with temperatures in the mid-50s (Fahrenheit, because we're weird) in New Hampshire. But my garden is staying damp, and the weeds are flourishing!
