In anticipation of the ever-increasing bunny population of Lopstick, I put plastic fencing around my garden. And the bunnies chewed through. Here you see the entrance they made. I put a slat in back to block, and let a weed grow in front to distract. You can see the top leaves are missing from the weed.
And here, amongst the weeds, if you look closely, you can see the bunnies gave the same treatment to my bean plants. Chewed the top leaves right off. No interest in the weed leaves, just the bean leaves. No wonder weeds are so abundant; they must taste awful. Or at least not as yummy as bean leaves!
